Last week I had a helpful photographer (roughly about the age of 4) who decided we needed a few more pictures of our Christmas tree. Unfortunately our camera was dropped while the zoom lens was out, and as you can guess- our camera is now broken. Hopefully the good elves at Sony can get it back to us in time for Christmas. So, we've been having fun with Thanksgiving, Temple Square, decorating for Christmas, but no pictures :-( Hope you are having a great start to your holidays!
P.S. Update: The camera elves got our camera back to us in less then two weeks good as new, so we'll have lots of Christmas pictures! I am highly impressed with Sony's service dept in case you ever need repairs

That's so sad! Sorry to hear about your camera mishap. Well, now you know what to get your 4 yr-old for Christmas... a disposable camera! :D

We had that happen to our camera - fall with the lens out. We got it fixed and it has worked great since. Good luck with your camera!

Camera is back and as good as new. It only took a week.
